1. Specify the parking fee in question

Below you can make an inquiry about a parking fee. You can also see the pictures that were taken of your parking when the parking fee was imposed. Find the pictures here.
If your registration number starts with 100, you will not be able to look up the images, as you have parked in an area with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), where the license plate is photographed upon entry and exit.

Fee reference

You will find the fee number and the registration number on the parking fee. The fee number consists entirely of digits and is 8-10 digits long.
If you have received more than one fee, you must fill out the form for each of the fees. The inquiry will only be registered and processed in regard to the below entered fee number. The case is on hold when you receive a receipt.
