To view APCOA car parks, you can search for either a city or a specific address via www.apcoa.dk. Here you can also get information about prices, opening hours and payment options.

You can easily pay for charging via APCOA FLOW, Clever or Monta.

- Open the app (APCOA FLOW, Clever or Monta) and select the charging station you are parked at.

- Start charging directly in the app.

- Payment is made automatically with the payment card linked to your account.

The cost of charging is displayed in the app before you start. When charging is complete, you will receive a receipt directly in the app. If you already have a Monta subscription (e.g. for charging at home), you can use your Monta app to charge at APCOA's charging stations - just as you normally would.

The price of charging at one of APCOA's charging stations depends on location and time, as prices may vary between locations.

You can always see the current price directly in the APCOA FLOW app before you start charging. That way, you know exactly what it will cost and payment is easily and automatically done through the app.

You can find APCOA FLOW Charging prices in several ways, but the main place is directly in the APCOA FLOW app, where prices are linked to each charging station.

Here's a little more detail on how it works:

- Open the APCOA FLOW app. Make sure your location service is switched on so the app can find nearby charging stations.

- Select the charging station - via QR or select from the list to get the specific station you want to use.

- Real-time price updates - prices in the app are always current and take into account any promotions or changes.

- Price display before charging - the price is always shown in the app before you start charging so you know what it costs.

Some charging operators also show prices on their website, but for APCOA FLOW Charging the app is the most accurate source because prices can vary between locations and can change continuously.

When you charge your car at a charging station, parking rules may vary from place to place.

• In some places, parking is free while you charge.
• In other places you have to pay separately for your parking.

Always check the signage at the site to make sure you know what the rules are where you are parking.

APCOA FLOW Charging charging stands deliver up to 11 kW AC.
This means that charging is perfect for longer parking periods - for example while you're at work, shopping or at events - where the car can be left to charge simultaneously.

When your car is finished charging at an APCOA FLOW Charging charging station, move it so that the parking bay is free for others to charge. This ensures that everyone has easy access to the charging stations. Always check the signage at the car park for the exact rules.

The time it takes to charge your car on an APCOA FLOW Charging charging station depends on the car's battery capacity and the power of the charging station.

As a rule of thumb:

• Fast chargers can charge an electric car in approximately 20-60 minutes, depending on battery size.
• Standard chargers take longer, typically several hours for a full charge.

You can always see how many minutes you have charged in the APCOA FLOW app or in your car's display, so you always know how much time is left.

Check first in the APCOA FLOW app. Make sure charging is complete in the app. The cable usually unlocks automatically when charging is complete.

Yes! In the APCOA FLOW app you can see if there are available APCOA FLOW Charging charging stations in a car park before you drive there. The app shows both the number of available stands and their status, so you can easily plan your charging without unnecessary waiting time.

Yes! When your car has finished charging on an APCOA FLOW Charging stand, you can get a push notification in the APCOA FLOW app if you have enabled push notifications.
This way you will be notified immediately when charging is complete so you can move the car and give others access to the charging stand.

Yes, you can easily use your APCOA FLOW Business Agreement as a means of payment.

If you or your company has an APCOA FLOW Business Agreement, you can use your business account as a means of payment when charging at APCOA FLOW Charging charging stations.

It works in the same way as a regular payment for your parking:

- Start charging in the APCOA FLOW app, simply select business parking as the payment method.

- The payment for the charge will automatically be sent by invoice to the company. - Along with any parking, if applicable on site.

- All on one invoice - charging and parking appear on the company's combined monthly invoice for easy bookkeeping.

Remember that parking rules can vary from place to place, even at charging points. Always follow the signs at the car park.

Yes, on some APCOA FLOW Charging charging stations you can start and pay for charging with Clever - either via the Clever app or your Clever badge.

APCOA FLOW is a digital payment option for your car parks. With APCOA FLOW it is possible to pay for your parking without using a parking ticket or payment machine.

With APCOA FLOW you can automatically register your vehicle. In many APCOA car parks, your vehicle's number plate is automatically registered when you enter and exit.

It is possible to start and stop parking in the app directly from your phone, or automatically in certain ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) areas.

In short: APCOA FLOW is an all-in-one parking app that eliminates the need for coins, parking tickets and manual payments.

The cost of parking with APCOA FLOW depends on where you park, as each car park may have its own tariff. In addition to the parking price itself, there is a fixed operating fee of DKK 3.50 per parking space - regardless of how long you park for.

This also applies if you have a business agreement with APCOA FLOW and receive a single monthly invoice.

Here is an example:

Private customer: If you park in a place where the hourly rate is DKK 20, you pay DKK 20 + DKK 3.50 in operating fee.

Business customer: The same fee of DKK 3.50 per parking is added to your total monthly bill

Tip: The operating fee covers maintenance of the system, app and payment solution so we can provide you with an easy and secure parking experience.

Open the APCOA FLOW app and log in to your account.

Find the car park you want to park in. If necessary, search for the car park or the area code that appears on the signage in the car park.
Select the space in the search result.
Then press "Start parking".
If the licence plate is already saved, simply select it - otherwise add it.
Turn the wheel at "Turn and start" and enter the desired duration for your parking.

Check that the licence plate is correct and then press "Confirm and pay" to start parking.

Finish parking
When driving, tap "Stop" in the app (unless the car park is on automatic number plate recognition where it will stop itself).

NOTE: At ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) sites, you don't need to press "Start" at all - the system automatically recognises when you enter and exit.

If you need more parking time, you can easily extend your parking.

1. Tap "Extend" at the bottom of the screen.

2. Turn the wheel to select the desired extra time.

3. Tap "Start" to extend the parking time.

Your parking time is now updated and you can continue without worries.

Stop parking.
When driving, tap "Stop" in the app (unless the space is on automatic number plate recognition where it will stop automatically).

If you have mistakenly created a parking in APCOA FLOW in the wrong car park or with the wrong registration number, you must quickly stop the parking and create a new correct parking.

Here's how to do this step by step:

1. Stop the current parking

Open the APCOA FLOW app, find your current parking and tap "Stop".

1. Confirm stop

Confirm that you want to stop parking.

Select the correct car park and enter the correct registration number.

You can find your previous parking history from Apcoa in their mobile app, APCOA FLOW. In the app you can view your parking history, including details of previous parkings.

How to find your previous car parks in APCOA FLOW:

Open the APCOA FLOW app:

• Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your phone.

• Log in to your APCOA FLOW account.

• In the "Car parks" menu, select "Completed car parks"

Here you should be able to find an overview of your previous parkings, including dates, times and amounts.

You can easily add or delete a registration number in APCOA FLOW by logging into your profile and going to "Vehicles". Here you can manage all your vehicles.

Add a registration number:

1. Log in to your APCOA FLOW profile via the app or website.

2. Go to "Vehicles" in the menu.

3. Add new car - click "Add" or "New" and enter the registration number.

4. Save changes to confirm.

Delete a registration number:

1. Log in to your profile.

2. Go to "Vehicles".

3. Select the car you want to delete.

4. Click "Delete" or "Remove" and confirm the action.

You can easily manage your payment cards directly in the APCOA FLOW app.

Here's how you do it:

1. Log in

Open the APCOA FLOW app and log in to your account.

1. Go to "My account"

Tap the menu icon (three dashes) and select "My account".

1. Select "Payment methods"

Here you can view your existing cards and add new ones.

1. Add, edit or delete cards

Add cards: Tap "Bank cards" and enter the card number, expiry date and check digits.

Edit card: Select the card you want to change and correct the information.

Delete card: Select the card and follow the instructions to remove it.

1. MyID authentication

To link a payment card, you need to authorise a payment of 0 kr. via MyID.

1. Finalise and save

Once the authorisation is complete, tap "Finish payment" in the app and then "Save payment card" to confirm the change.

Tip: Make sure you have a stable internet connection when adding or changing payment cards.

Yes, in the APCOA FLOW app you can create more than one vehicle in your account. You can add multiple vehicles under "My profile" and then "My vehicles" in the app.

Here's how to easily add a vehicle:

• Open the APCOA FLOW app and log in to your account.

• Go to "My profile".

• Select "My vehicles".

• Press "Add vehicle".

• Enter information about the vehicle, such as registration number and car brand.

• Save the changes.

If you have a parking space subscription, the parking will automatically be registered as 0 kr. in the APCOA FLOW app.

If your vehicle registration number is active in the app:

In parking areas with ANPR (automatic number plate recognition), you do not need to manually start parking in the app - the system will detect it automatically.

If you don't want to receive notifications or emails, you can deactivate your licence plate in the app.
Note: In other ANPR spaces, it only works if the licence plate is active before you enter the space.

In short: Make sure your subscription is active for the car park you are using and that your vehicle is correctly registered in the APCOA FLOW app. Then the parking will automatically go out to 0 DKK.

If your parking does not pay out at 0 kr.

1. Make sure your subscription is active:

Check the APCOA website that your subscription is valid for the parking space and the current period.

2. Check your licence plate:

Make sure that your vehicle number plate is correctly registered in the APCOA FLOW app and is active for that car park.

3. Start parking in APCOA FLOW:

When you enter the car park, start your parking in the APCOA FLOW app as you normally would.

4. Automatic payment:

If your subscription is set up correctly, parking will start automatically and payment will be handled via your subscription.

5. Check the receipt:

After parking has started, you will see a receipt in the APCOA FLOW app confirming that parking has started correctly.

If your parking is still active in the APCOA FLOW app even though you have left the car park, you can easily stop it yourself:

1. Open the APCOA FLOW app

2. Find your parking in progress

3. Tap "Stop" and confirm

If you have entered a car park with automatic number plate recognition, parking will usually stop by itself. However, it may take some time for this to happen.

If parking is still not completed, you are always welcome to contact customer service at kontakt@apcoaflow.dk- and we will quickly help you get it finalised.

A licence plate can be registered on several APCOA FLOW accounts at the same time - but don't worry, you won't pay twice. The licence plate can only be active on one account at a time.

If you park in an area with licence plate recognition, the amount will automatically be deducted from the account where the licence plate is active.

Yes, you can be logged into the same APCOA FLOW account on two phones at the same time.

However, please note that you can only have one active parking at a time. If there are several cars in the household, it is therefore not possible to park simultaneously via the same account.

It may be that the licence plate is already registered on another account - for example your partner's - or on one of your own APCOA FLOW accounts.
Error message:
The vehicle is already in use by someone else.
This licence plate is already associated with another user. Are you sure you want to add it?
Select "YES".
If you still cannot add your licence plate, this may be because the vehicle is currently parked.

Unfortunately, mobile data connectivity can be poor or non-existent in some car parks because the signal has difficulty penetrating concrete and steel structures.

Advice: Move to an area with better coverage, e.g. closer to an entrance/exit or an open area. If possible, connect to the car park's Wi-Fi (if offered).

Start or stop your parking before you enter or after you leave if you know there is poor coverage.

You can control whether you want to receive notifications from the APCOA FLOW app. We always recommend enabling notifications in the APCOA FLOW app.

Follow this step-by-step guide for notifications:

1. Open the APCOA FLOW app
   Launch the app on your smartphone.

2. Go to settings
   Tap the profile icon or the cogwheel in the top corner (the icon may vary slightly depending on your app version).

3. Find the notification settings
   Scroll down and find the menu item "Notifications" or "Push notifications".

4. Choose which notifications you want to receive
   You will see a list of different types of notifications. Switch them on or off by using the button/slider next to each type.

5. Save the changes
   In most versions, your selections are saved automatically, but in some cases you need to press "Save".

Tip: If you don't get notifications even though they are turned on in the app, check your phone's own notification settings for APCOA FLOW. On both Android and iOS, notifications can be blocked directly in the phone's system settings.

On the page you will see the car parks - a map overview where you can create a subscription and select the car park/area you want to subscribe to.

• Select "book parking space"

You will be guided to the subscription page, APCOAFLOW.dk, where you can sign up online.

Or you will be guided to the private or business form page, you will then be contacted by customer service who will send you a contract. Only when this contract is signed is an agreement created.

If you purchase an online subscription, simply select the type of subscription that suits your needs (e.g. monthly subscription, weekly subscription etc.).

Then fill in your desired start date for the subscription, add your car, payment method and finally, before confirmation, you can choose whether your subscription should be renewed automatically.

   When you purchase your subscription, you will receive a receipt by email.

You can easily change the registration number (licence plate) associated with your subscription:

1. Find your receipt email
   When you purchase your subscription, you will receive a receipt by email.
   In this email you will find information or a link where you can log in and view/change information such as the registration number (licence plate) of your subscription.

Important:

• Make sure to change the registration number (licence plate) directly under your subscription - not just on your profile.

• If you change the registration number (licence plate) while a parking is in progress, the subscription will no longer cover the old registration number (licence plate).

When you purchase a parking subscription, you get unlimited permission to park in one or more specific parking area(s) during a given time interval.

You can get several types of subscriptions to suit your needs:

• 24/7 subscription, which authorises free parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Evening/night and weekend subscription, which entitles you to free parking every evening, e.g. between 17-07/18-08 and all weekend.

• Weekday subscription, which allows free parking every weekday during daytime hours, e.g. the time interval 07-17 or 06-18.

With a parking subscription, you don't have to spend time figuring out where to park your car when you get home from a long day at work or stress about where there is a parking space when you arrive at work in the morning - you just drive directly to the car park where you have a subscription and pay e.g. a fixed price per month.

For example, you can buy an Evening/Night and Weekend subscription close to your home and have a Daytime subscription close to your workplace. Then you always know where to park and you know your fixed parking costs.

You are not guaranteed a fixed parking space, as there are no fixed parking spaces, it is on a "first come, first served" basis. unless otherwise noted, e.g. on your contract.

If you have a subscription to a reserved parking space and someone else has parked in this parking space, you are not entitled to park in another parking space. In this case, you must always comply with the signposted conditions in the car park.

Have you received an email stating that we have been unable to deduct your subscription payment?

Then here are your options:

• Create a new subscription: To make sure that you still have a valid parking subscription, you can e.g. For example, you can choose to create a new subscription with a start date on the same day your current subscription expires.

• No double payment: If your current subscription is renewed and you end up paying twice for the same period, we will of course refund the amount for the overlapping time.

• Wait for payment: You can also choose to wait for the payment to go through. If not, the subscription will be cancelled and you will be charged for hourly parking until a new subscription is created.

If you have received an email stating that your subscription has not been renewed and has been cancelled, you must order a new subscription again via https://abonnement.apcoa.dk/

Your cancellation notice is stated in your contract or in the subscription terms you approved when you purchased your online subscription.

If you pay by debit card, you can easily cancel your parking subscription purchased online. You need to find the receipt email you received when you purchased the subscription. Some APCOA subscriptions require a physical parking card. This will always be clearly stated in the contract you receive when you create the subscription.

If your subscription includes a physical card:

• The card must be placed correctly in the windscreen.

• It must be clear and easy to read for the parking control.

• The card must always be visible when the car is parked.

Note: If you have a subscription with a physical card, you do not need to change the licence plate.

If your parking subscription covers multiple car parks/areas, this will be stated in the confirmation you receive. Your APCOA subscription is usually linked to one specific car park or parking area. However, you can have multiple subscription types that give access to different areas or time periods - for example, one subscription at your workplace and another at your home.

ANPR stands for Automatic Number Plate Recognition. The vehicle's licence plate is scanned on entry and exit and the parking time is calculated from the time the entry camera detects the car until it leaves the area.

You don't need to check in on arrival. The system automatically registers your licence plate and you pay for the time you actually park.

It is therefore irrelevant whether you stay in the vehicle or drive around the area. The time you have to pay for starts from the time you pass the entry camera until you drive out again.

If you choose vending machine or QR code, you must pay just before you leave the car park.

With APCOA FLOW, check-in and check-out is automatic. This requires that your vehicle registration number is added and active in the app and that a valid payment card is linked as preferred.

In our car parks with automatic number plate recognition, it is possible to pay within 48 hours of exiting via our website www.apcoa.dk

• Go to the tab CHECK OUT

• Enter licence plate and Search

• Check that the information is correct and click Pay and check out

• Enter your email address so you receive a receipt (we recommend this)

• Press PAY and pay for the car park.

Voila - you have now paid for your parking

If you try to find your parking after 48 hours after leaving, this will not be possible.

If payment is not made within 48 hours, we will send an invoice with the amount for the car park and an administration fee. For some spaces, we will send a control fee instead of an administration fee.

If you try to find your parking space within 48 hours of leaving and the system states that your licence plate cannot be found, please fill in the form that appears. That way we can help you check out before the 48 hours are up.

You will receive an email receipt of the enquiry, which we also recommend that you save.

The hourly rate for parking varies depending on the car park in question.

To view APCOA car parks, you can search for either a city or a specific address via www.apcoa.dk. Here you can also get information about prices, opening hours and payment options.

You can pay via APCOA FLOW at most APCOA car parks. However, there may be a few exceptions. The payment options will always be indicated on the signage in the car park.

If you park in a car park with automatic number plate recognition, your parking will be registered automatically in the app when you enter the car park.

Please note that even though parking is registered automatically via APCOA FLOW, it is still your responsibility to check that parking has started and ended correctly in the app.

The conditions for using APCOA FLOW are that the registration number of the vehicle to be parked is added in the app and activated. In addition, there must be a valid payment card that is marked as preferred in the app.

If you park in a car park with automatic number plate recognition, where there are signs indicating that it is possible to use Easypark, and you want to pay this way, parking must be started manually in the app. It is therefore irrelevant that you have activated camera parking in the EasyPark app. This is also described on the signs in the parking area.

You can automate your parking in our ANPR spaces with APCOA FLOW. However, there may be some parking areas where it is not possible to use APCOA FLOW, but you will be able to see this on the black signs in the parking area.

Please note that even though parking is registered automatically via APCOA FLOW, it is still your responsibility to check that parking has started and ended correctly in the app.

In order to automate your parking payment, you must

1) add your licence plate in the app

2) set it as the active licence plate in the app

3) insert valid payment information and mark it as preferred

When you park in a car park with automatic number plate recognition, your vehicle will be scanned on entry and exit, but you still need to actively pay via one of the signposted payment options.

If you would like to pay via vending machine or QR code, you must pay just before exiting.

If EasyPark is your preferred way to pay for parking, you must start parking in the app upon arrival at our ANPR spaces. Your parking will automatically end on exit. It is therefore irrelevant that you have activated automatic camera parking in the EasyPark app.

If you use APCOA FLOW, check-in and check-out is automatic. The prerequisite for using APCOA FLOW is that the registration number of the vehicle to be parked has been added in the app and activated. In addition, there must be a valid payment card that is marked as preferred in the app.

If you have an APCOA FLOW account, please check that all the information is correct.

When you park in a car park with automatic number plate recognition, you only have to pay when you leave the space if you pay at the machine/via the QR code. Therefore, you do not need to check in. You will also be able to read this on our signs, on the screens of our machines or when you scan the QR code.

Remember to orientate yourself with the site signs. If you don't pay before you leave the car park, it is possible to pay via our website within 48 hours of leaving.

In parking areas with automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), your parking starts the moment your car is detected by the entry camera and ends when you pass the exit camera.

This means that parking time is registered regardless of whether you have driven around the area or only stopped briefly in a parking bay before leaving the space.

If you have left parking areas without paying for your parking, you have the option to pay for your parking via our website https://www.apcoa.dk/Payment can be made up to 48 hours after you have passed the exit camera.

If you have not paid for your parking on time, you will be sent an invoice for the parking and an administration fee.

If you use APCOA FLOW, check-in and check-out is automatic. To use APCOA FLOW, the registration number of the vehicle to be parked must be added in the app and activated. In addition, there must be a valid payment card that is marked as preferred in the app.
